Scope of Project:
- Replacing 78 feet of deck boards
- Replacing 12-foot stringers on steps (2)
- Replacing 15 feet of handrails
- Staining the entire exterior of the screened-in porch (fascia boards, soffits, horizontal and vertical exterior trim)
- Staining all railings, balusters, floorboards, steps, stringers, and bandboards

Our client, Engin, selected All American Painting Plus for this exterior project due to his positive experience with our interior painting services the previous year. Trusting our commitment to quality and thorough work, Engin knew we would prioritize his needs and deliver exceptional results.
The project involved replacing 78 feet of deck boards, 12-foot stringers on steps, and 15 feet of handrails. We also stained the entire exterior of the screened-in porch, including fascia boards, soffits, and both horizontal and vertical trim.
