We are thrilled and honored to have won the Angie’s List Super Service Award yet again. 2018 marks the 12th consecutive year All American Painting Plus has received this prestigious award. The continued recognition from Angie’s List speaks to our ongoing commitment to our customers and community. After all, the Super Service Award is largely based on customer reviews. Angie’s List takes all reviews into account before determining award winners, and companies must have a certain number of reviews each quarter to even qualify. Only the top A-rated providers make the list and we’re happy to have stayed on it for over a decade now. Not many home painters can say the same.
It’s certainly humbling to have won this award so many years in a row, and we’ve managed to do so by constantly focusing our efforts on customer service. This is what separates us from so many other painting services. But what does All American Painting Plus customer service look like, exactly?
For starters, we establish and maintain a strong line of communication with all our customers before, during, and even after the job. We encourage customers to walk with us as we inspect their home and come up with an estimate. During the job, whether interior or exterior painting, our workers always look for signs of damage and make sure the client is aware so that potential repairs can be made. Plus, all of our work is backed by a two-year warranty, so our customers can rest assured that the job will get done properly the first time around. But if they aren’t completely satisfied, we’ll come back in that time frame to make it right at no extra charge.
Honesty and integrity are truly at the heart of stellar customer service. This is why we only hire the best, most trustworthy full-time workers for commercial and residential painting, and not day-laborers. We make sure to train our people well, giving them the tools they need to do the best job possible and uphold our Super Service standards. Our family-run business may only have about 22 employees at the moment, but quality matters more than quantity, especially when it comes to the work we do. And the work done by our professional painters is a testament to that.
In addition to professionalism, Angie’s List’s Super Service Award also takes into account price and punctuality. We value our customers’ time and budget concerns, so we make sure to work closely with every customer to come up with a schedule and price that makes the most sense given the job at hand. As we celebrate our 12th straight win of the Angie’s List Super Service Award, we know that 2019 is already well underway.
